Ensuring the practice of integrity in service, encouraging innovation, providing effective services for customer satisfaction and service delivery will be digitized by 2022. By 2022, an integrated digital database of all service recipients of the Department of Social Services will be completed. By 2023, a development action plan will be formulated to implement the National Social Security Strategy by assessing the impact of social security activities And to pay 100% of all allowances.
